If you decide to make a school desk for the home, you need to stock up with materials and tools for construction. Initially, you need a diagram of such furniture, you can look on the network or prepare a drawing yourself. When choosing a material, it is worth taking into account the financial component, you can use various materials, which will save. The basis for the future school desk can be:

1. Metal corner (30 mm wide, 2 mm thick).
2. An iron pipe, triangular, square (with a diameter of 30 mm and a thickness of 2-3 mm).
3. Wooden beam 50 * 50 mm.
4. Fiberboard.
5. Solid wood plate (specify dimensions based on the drawing).
6. Wooden chopping block (thickness and width optional).
7. Furniture fittings for decoration.
8. Paints and varnishes.

Also required are self-tapping screws, bolts with nuts. Depending on the selected material for manufacturing, a tool is selected:

1. Welding machine (fully equipped).

1. 2 corners 50 cm and 2 corners 75 cm. Using a grinder, cut off at an angle of 45 degrees, on each edge one side of the corner. We connect them together by places of cut, thus forming a frame for the countertop.
2. 4 corners (Length depending on the height of the child 70-80 cm). Corners can be twisted with bolts or welding, 2 pcs. backs to each other for the table leg.
3. 2 corners 50 cm. To fasten these corners with legs in the center, forming a letter T. For an exact corner of connection use a construction corner or level.

Further, the finished table stops must be fixed with the base of the countertop in the middle, using welding or bolts. A fiberboard of 50 * 75 cm will be used as a tabletop; several wooden chopping blocks are also possible. Then you should drill holes in the frame of the table and fix the countertop using screws. Treat the entire structure with a paint and varnish substance.

IMPORTANT! Welding work is carried out in special clothing that is protected from fire and in a designated area. The angle of the desk is very important to reduce the load on the spine, remember this.

To create a school desk from fiberboard, you need a sheet of material of approximately 1.5 * 1.5 m. According to the drawing, you should cut out the components with a jigsaw and connect using bolts or self-tapping screws. Necessary Details:

1. Worktop 50 * 75 cm.
2. Legs.
3. 3 tightening canvases.

The legs can be given any shape, the stops for the countertop and for the floor should be even, to ensure the stability of the desk. To create a children's school desk made of wood:
