If these methods did not help you, then you can try to format the device's memory. This can be done in a few simple steps.

1. You need to connect the gadget to the computer. A new memory source will appear in the My Computer panel.
2. Click on it with the right mouse button, select the item "Format".
3. After this, the book will need to be reconfigured: select the language, date, accept the license agreement.

Important! Before turning on the device after formatting, take care that the battery is more than half charged.

Such methods will help if the device is frozen on its own. In this case, most likely, the problem is in the software, and a reboot will help get rid of the hang.

If the gadget began to hang after a fall, water ingress and other mechanical damage, then a simple reboot is unlikely to help. In this case, some internal component has suffered, and a simple user will not be able to repair it himself. In this case, you need to carry the device to the repair shop.
