About 20 years ago, an ultrasonic washing machine appeared on sale, promising to conduct a revolution among her brothers due to the small size, silent operation, low cost and minimum requirements for washing conditions.
A huge number of summer residents, residents of small-sized apartments and simply "freebie hunters" were flattered by advertising by purchasing promising devices. As a curious person, it was always interesting for me to find out how justified the purchase was and whether the seller’s vows about the magnificent qualities of this invention were confirmed. Let's talk about whether this miracle device is really able to wash clothes and remove stains from it, and if so, which ones.
What is an ultrasonic washer?
The ultrasonic washing machine is appliance weighing no more than 1.5 kg with an adapter, somewhat reminiscent of an electric shoe dryer, only in mono design. It works from a network of 220 volts. It erases due to the constantly emitted ultrasonic waves, acting on the dirt, destroying its particles and knocking out micro-blows invisible to the eye.
For washing you need a metal basin, hot water and detergent. The water in the basin should completely cover the laundry and should not be lower than 50 and not higher than 90 degrees, depending on the model.
